In James Bond's world, a villain needs to have a diabolical plan. These people want your vague 'world domination' whether by creating world wars, underwater civilisations or sometimes to control the planet's only source of gold. And don't forget the old classic 'create a master race in space and obliterate the rest of the planet'.
